Hi Debbie,

Would you be kind enough to let Carlos know what a fantastic job he did on the floor.  Rowan and the production team couldn’t believe it was the same room!!  He must have put some extra elbow grease into that job.  The room itself will now be used for testing our new HF instrument and the room will look professional when our outside visitors come in for a plant tour. 

We have Swiss army knives that we give to our customers at trade shows and Rowan thought it might be nice to send one to Carlos.  Can I send it in a padded envelope to his attention?  It’s just a little something to thank him for putting in the extra effort.  Regards, Elaine.
